        The oil leakage and leakage of metal pipes, transformers, flanges and GIS caused by seal failure and equipment defects seriously restrict the safe operation of the power system. Although the commonly used plugging process can effectively block the leakage, it needs to be powered off and pressure relieved for operation, the plugging time is long, and the cost of plugging is high. Therefore, there is a need for a plugging process that can be operated without pressure.

        For the power equipment without power failure, pressure plugging, Shirui Group Hengrui polymer materials research team based on the bonding method of plugging, has developed a special glue for power equipment plugging. There are two kinds of glues for power equipment plugging, including quick plugging of power equipment and long-term plugging glue for power equipment. The two kinds of glues can be used together to cure quickly at room temperature, and there is no volatility after curing. It is non-polluting and can be used in the environment of (-40~120) °C. It is suitable for non-stop power and pressure plugging of metal pipes, transformers and GIS equipment.
