Jiangsu Huapeng wins the bid for 600MVA 345kV transformer from the Federal Government of the United States
Date: Dec.14, 2017
On September 28, 2017, Jiangsu Huapeng successfully won the bid for 600MVA 345kV no-load transformer from the Federal Government of the United States.
This project is Huapeng's first cooperation with the federal government of the United States. The company's chief designer, Chen Qi, led a team to the United States to participate in the design review of the transformer. On November 20, Richard, an engineer from a company affiliated to the Federal Government of the United States, received our representative and passed the review smoothly. On the afternoon of the 21st, Mr. Gregory, the project manager, and our representative visited the substation of 345 kV transmission line, and further familiarized themselves with the operation environment and working conditions of the transformer.
600MVA 345kV is Huapeng's first project to get from the Federal Government of the United States. Huapeng took the lead in entering the North American market before other enterprises in the same industry in China. After more than ten years of intensive cultivation, Huapeng has gradually grown into the top ten brands of North American transformers recognized by the mainstream American magazine T&D World Industrial Journal, and is the only recognized transformer manufacturer in China. "Only JSHP (Huapeng) in the world can make transformers so complete in a factory, and its technical strength is guaranteed," said Los Angeles Hydropower Director.
According to the feedback statistics of transformer quality from T&D World Industry Magazine, the mainstream American magazine, JSHP ranks tenth in the world, and is the only recognized transformer manufacturer in China.
