Rubber Plate ( Inside and Outside)

Rubber plate is made of high-polymer damping material and high density Inorganic material, which can be installed on the inner and outer wall of tank to reduce the tank wall vibration by vibration reduction and sound insulation.

There are 2 structures of rubber plate. One is formed by sound insulation layer and damping layer and used on the outer wall of tank, another is formed by sound insulation later, damping layer and oil resistant layer and used on inner wall of tank. It’s easy and convenient for installation and can be customized.

HENGRUI rubber plate has following advantages:

1）Excellent Damping Performance

HENGRUI rubber plate adopts non-drying high-polymer material with high elasticity and damping coefficient, which has a good anti-vibration effect.

2）Excellent Noise Reduction Performance

3）Excellent Oil Resistant and Hot Oil Aging Resistant Performance

HENGRUI rubber plate adopts high oil resistant and damping NBR material. Nitrile grouping has strong polarity so that NBR also has strong polarity with excellent oil resistance. Besides, we choose good antioxidant, reinforcing agent and plasticizer to optimize the hot oil aging resistance.

4）Excellent Heat Resistant and Weather Proof Performance

HENGRUI rubber plate adopt butyl rubber as main material. Butyl rubber is formed by isbutene and a little isoprene with less unsaturated bonds and good thermal stability.

5）Good Electrical Insulation

Rubber material is kind of non-conductor with high resistivity, so rubber is widely used as a kind of insulation material. Both damping layer and oil resistant layer of rubber plate are made of rubber material with good insulation performance.

6）Leading Production Technology

HENGRUI rubber plate adopts vulcanizer under high temperature and pressure to guarantee the uniform quality.
