Rubber Sheet

As a sound insulation material, HENRUI rubber sheet has following advantages:

 

1）Excellent Damping Performance

 

NBR is a common rubber material with high elasticity and damping coefficient , so it’s widely used in anti-vibration field.

 

2）Excellent Oil Resistant and Hot Oil Aging Resistant Performance

 

NBR is formed by butadiene and Acrylonitrile. Nitrile grouping has strong polarity so that NBR also has strong polarity with excellent oil resistance.

The long chains of NBR contain double bonds with low bond energies, which is easy to be destroyed and lose its performance. So we adopt following methods to increase its hot oil resistant performace. ① Choose good antioxidant to reduce the destruction of heat, oxygen and heavy metal to molecular bonds; ②Choose reinforcing agent with low speed hardening, low heat generation, good lubricity and low friction coefficient to reduce the temperature rise; ③Choose plasticizer with high boiling point to avoid fast hardening of rubber.

 

3）Good Insulation Property

 

Rubber material is kind of non-conductor with high resistivity ( NBR: 1010 Ω•cm). NBR is widely used in oil resistant product.

 

4）Individual An-vibration Design

 

HENGRUI adopts scrub surface design to increase the surface roughness and reduce the absorption force between rubber sheet and silicon steel sheet, which is convenient and easy for installation and guarantee the noise reduction and anti-vibration effect.
