Clip-on “Ω” type gasket
SHIRE successfully developed integral-forming clip-on gasket to solve the problems of bending and greatly improve the sealing effect and service life. Product Characteristics are as follows:
1、Excellent Sealing Effect
Clip-on “Ω” type gasket adopts EPDM as main material with sponge rubber tube and inside steel strip to guarantee better sealing effect and installation structure.
2、Excellent Aging Resistance
SHIRE adopts EPDM as main material of Clip-on “Ω” type steel core gasket and also optimizes the formulas. There is no reclaimed rubber contained and the new material has excellent aging resistance, weather proof, insulation property, chemical resistance and elasticity, which can guarantee more than 10 years service life.
3、Specialized Production Technology
SHIRE clip-on “Ω” type steel core gasket adopts integral-forming technology. The corners of gasket are formed by module, which can effectively increase the service life and improve the sealing effect.
4、Strong Environmental Adaptability
The working temperature of SHIRE clip-on “Ω” type steel core gasket is from -40℃ to 120℃. It has good ozone resistance, UV resistance and corrosion resistance, which can meet the requirements of cabinet working environment.
5、Excellent Insulation Properties
The volume resistivity of SHIRE clip-on “Ω” type steel core gasket can reach 1016Ω•cm. Its breakdown voltage is high, dielectric coefficient and dielectric loss is low, and properties after water immersed are also small. Our gasket has excellent insulation properties, archway resistance and corona resistance.
