Rubber pad has following advantages:
1）Excellent Damping Performance
Inside type rubber pad is mainly made of NBR material, while outside type rubber pad is neoprene material. Both of them have high elasticity and damping coefficient to reduce the vibration. Rough surface is an option to enhance the damping performance.
2）Excellent Oil Resistant, Hot Oil Resistant Performance
Inside type rubber pad is mainly made of NBR material,Nitrile grouping has strong polarity so that NBR also has strong polarity with excellent oil resistance.
3）Excellent Load Performance
Both inside and outside type rubber pad has strong vertical stiffness to withstand the load of transformer and its core. And the above pressure can be transferred to the ground, which is reliable under high pressure.
4）Excellent Weather Proof Performance
Outside type rubber pad is mainly made of NBR material with good mechanical strength, weather proof and oil resistance.
5）Good Electrical Insulation
Volume Resistivity of NBR can reach 1010 Ω•cm and neoprene is above 1011 Ω•cm, which is widely used in insulation products.
6）Leading Production Technology
HENGRUI rubber pad is manufactured by vulcanization technology under high temperature and pressure to guarantee the uniform quality.
