Shire Technology was invited to participate in the special training organized by the operation and maintenance department of Zhejiang Electric Power Company

On July 31, 2018, an internal special training meeting organized by the Operations and Maintenance Department of Zhejiang Electric Power Company was held in Hangzhou. Shire Technology was invited to participate in the training meeting. Special exchanges were made on such operations and maintenance projects as transformer capsule maintenance, transformer equipment leak plugging with voltage, and comprehensive renovation of outdoor substation boxes. Relevant operation and maintenance personnel from each maintenance department participated in the meeting.

This summer, Zhejiang Electric Power Company tailored the summer training plan for the staff according to the actual situation of the Operation, Maintenance and Overhaul Department. The purpose is to maximize the professional and technical skills during the summer and provide a strong guarantee for the company's safe power supply in summer. The special training of Shire Technology is the second in this series of training.

During the training, Fan Shitao, a specialist in Shire Transformer Capsule Technology, made technical exchanges on the surveying and mapping of transformer capsules, the selection of transformer capsules and the installation of capsules, and made technical reports on the performance characteristics and common problems of the capsules. Dai Xiaoxiang, specialist in Shire Operations and Maintenance Technology, made a special report on the integrated renovation scheme of transformer substation outdoor box with pressure leak plugging, and also shared dozens of project experiences completed in Zhejiang Province in recent years, which were unanimously praised by field operators and maintenance personnel.

This training also provides a good opportunity for Shire to learn and communicate, and plays a good role in promoting Shire to better serve Zhejiang power grid company.
